Amélie
I was an Assistant Stage Manager for Baylor Theatre's production of Amélie in the fall of 2022. I created various types of paperwork, was in charge of tracking over 200 props and managed the backstage crew during runs of a large, item heavy show.
This show had a few hundred props that I was in charge of tracking throughout the show and the numerous spaces they lived on and off stage.

SR Prop Table at the top of the show

The labeled "prop kitchen" where are the props were stored in between rehearsals and shows.
The preset list was made in google sheets so the ASM's and crew could divide up the different spaces and check things off simultaneously.

Setup inside of the bar unit that had to be carefully placed so props could be retrieved easily and in order.

I created the run sheet for this production used by the ASM's and run crew.

Our PSM Emma Smith (her report template) contracted Covid during rehearsal and I took over her responsibilities for that week including filling out and sending out reports, call sheets, and doing department check ins.
